Clients shall cooperate and assist the photographer in capturing the desired shots and ensuring a smooth photography session. Any delays or disruptions caused by the client or participants may affect the quality and quantity of the delivered Content.

Payment and Cancellation

Clients agree to pay the fees and expenses associated with the selected photography services as outlined in the agreed-upon contract or pricing agreement. A deposit or advance payment may be required to secure the date and services. Cancellation or rescheduling of the photography session by the client may result in the loss of the deposit or additional charges, as determined by our company's policies.

Delivery and Usage Rights

Our photography company will deliver the finalized Content to the client within a reasonable timeframe, as agreed upon. The delivery method and format will be determined by our company. Clients are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights to the Content, including the right to print, share, and display the photographs for personal use only, unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients shall not modify, sell, license, or use the Content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of our company.
